Having a realtor when buying a home is a no-brainer. We're here to help, negotiate for you and aide in those pesky legal papers. But did you know it's also important to have a realtor when buying new construction?

I love working with clients who are buying new. I get to be there from start to finish and help every step of the way! I'm currently helping several buyers in different steps of the new construction process (in the photo I'm helping buyers in a pre-construction meeting). What many potential buyers don't understand is why a realtor is the best choice when buying new.

The bottom line is: we work for you. We're here to help you and we keep your best interest at heart throughout the entire process. We also know what questions to ask, what things to take note of and how to negotiate the little things (like potential add-ons). Realtors also help with the home inspection which can be a daunting task for any new (or experienced) homeowner. These are just a few reasons why it's important to have a realtor when buying new construction.
